Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid professional engagements with RidgeHub Audience Signals Co., Ltd.: Audience Engagement Signal Audits, Content Performance Charting retainers, Retention Cohort Workshops, and Custom Engagement Dashboard Commissions. This site does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Eligibility & timeframe

Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@desktop-ridgehub.click within 14 days of the triggering event described below. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Deposits

Audit and commission deposits (typically 40%) reserve calendar time. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the agreed start date, the deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit unless we cancel or fail to staff the engagement.

Full or partial refunds

• Before work starts: Fees paid beyond a forfeited deposit are refundable in full.
• After intake but before chart delivery: Partial refund equal to unused analyst and designer days, documented in writing.
• After draft charts or briefs are delivered: Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; remaining unused milestones may be refunded or credited.

Non-refundable items

Completed workshop facilitation days, delivered monthly chart packs for months already billed, and third-party travel booked at your request are non-refundable once incurred.

Monthly charting retainers

Cancel with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date. The current month is non-refundable once the pack cycle has started. Unused future months are not charged.

Workshops — cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows

Reschedule once at no charge with 5 business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a 15% fee. Client no-shows without notice forfeit the session fee. If we must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of the session fee.

Work already started & materials

Time spent cleaning data, drafting charts, or preparing workshop materials counts as started work. Custom print proofs ordered for your engagement are billed at cost and are non-refundable after ordering.

Refund method & processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfers inside Vietnam may clear faster; international transfers follow your bank’s timelines.
