Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, selected engagement interest, and message content. If you commission work we may also process professional role, title names, and analytics exports you provide. Server logs may record IP address and basic request metadata for security.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to briefing requests, deliver engagements, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Vietnam.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are kept for the duration of the contract plus up to five years for accounting and professional records, then deleted or anonymized where feasible.

Your rights

Subject to Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@desktop-ridgehub.click. We respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify identity.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Vietnam. If a processor outside Vietnam is used (for example email or file transfer), we take contractual and practical steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. Media analytics exports you share should exclude unnecessary personal data of readers unless required and lawful.
